Spinal Rejuvenation

To complement and enhance the healing effects of the specific Chiropractic adjustment, we make available many modalities that improve and speed your recovery.  Mechanical traction for improved mobility, cervical traction units to decrease stress on the spinal cord, nerves, discs, and muscles; exercise activities and stretch trainers to improve posture, balance, coordination and range of motion: decompression therapy to restore disc space and healing to a suffering spine, (read more below); and we offer adjunct therapies such as vasopneumatic and electric stimulation to reduce pain and inflammation and to speed the healing process.

Corrective Exercises

We teach our patients special "blueprint" exercises designed just for them to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem. These exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home and can improve the effectiveness of your spinal correction by as much as 30-40%. In addition to skeletal misalignment, muscles and connective tissues can be out of place or strained by improper alignment and use.

Decompression Therapy

For patients who are suffering from severe problems caused by a herniated disc, sciatica, or neck pain, Dr. Johns is able to offer a more comprehensive treatment with the technology of decompression.  For many who have not been able to receive relief from their spinal problems and pain, this has become a successful alternative to drugs and surgery.
